2. Cancelling

Cancel anytime online under Billing → Cancel plan (or email support). Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid month. We email a confirmation with the end date.

3. Refunds when you cancel

Credit applies to future Lightfoot invoices and does not expire while your account is open. The 7-day refund applies once per customer per plan.

4. Cash refunds we always give

Regardless of section 3, we refund in cash, prorated for the affected period, if we can’t set up your site (full refund within 5 business days); your site is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side (on request within 30 days); we end your plan without cause or discontinue the plan; or we charged you in error or twice. We don’t deduct payment processing fees from refunds.

5. United States customers only

Hosting plans are sold only to customers located in the United States with a US billing address. If we find that a plan was bought from outside the United States, we may cancel it and refund the full amount paid to the original payment method.

6. Failed payments, suspension and deletion

You can download a copy of your site at any time before day 38 from the panel or by asking support.

7. Suspension for policy violations

If we suspend or end your plan for breaching the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund or credit is due for the remaining period, except where the law requires one.

8. Disputes

Please contact [email protected] before disputing a charge with your bank. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
